Meri Screw levellers are designed for efficient shaping and clearing of land. They stand out in their ability to manage substantial volumes of earth, unmatched in capacity. Screw levellers can be used on both mineral and peat-based soil.
Typical applications are: clearing of new farm land, rehabilitation and shaping existing farm land, leveling of flattening mounds of earth excavated from ditches. This machine features a uniquely designed auger, safeguarded by Utility Model Rights, with bolt-on wear liners that are specifically designed to withstand severe wear.
The machine also incorporates Suokone’s patented POC-safety clutches, which provide protection to the transmissions during operation.
There are two models available:
– RT-600 TT: drawbar towable, equipped with dual double bogies
– RT-400 MG: 3-point linkage mounted
SCREW LEVELLERS
Screw Levellers for Efficient Earth Moving and Profiling
The RT-600 TT is a towed screw leveller, designed to connect to a tractor’s 3-point linkage. It is ideal for smaller-scale earth moving tasks. Typical applications are: clearing of new farmland, restoring and shaping existing farmland, and flattening soil mounds from ditches. The machine is fitted with a durable auger, protected under Utility Model Rights, featuring shape-locked, bolt on wear liners to withstand extreme wear.
Features:
– Hydraulic dual bogies support the weight of the implement and control the desired angle and profile. Their large-diameter helps distribute the weight evenly, ensuring a completely level surface.
– The POC-3000 safety clutch is a critical component, safeguarding the transmission from overload, particularly when encountering obstacles like stones.
– An optional road transportation kit is available for the RT-600 with easy attachment and detachment. This feature allows for lengthwise transportation behind a tractor, simplifying the transfer of the machine between different job sites.
The RT-400 MG is a more compact screw leveller that attaches to the 3-point linkage of the tractor. Designed for smaller scale earth mass handling. Typical applications are: clearing of new farmland, restoring and shaping existing farmland, and flattening soil mounds from ditches. The attachment frame is rotatable, allowing operation both in forward and reverse driving modes. It features a robust auger, secured under Utility Model Rights, with shape-locked, bolt-on wear liners for enhanced durability against severe wear.
